摘要:
摘要:现有研究已证实细胞自噬受损可能在帕金森病(parkinsons disease,PD)的发病机制中起着重要的作用。中医药在治疗PD类退行性神经系统疾病方面经验丰富,通过对中药单体、中药复方、针灸等中医药治疗方法回顾目前对PD发病与自噬功能障碍的作用的科学认识,并探讨中医药调节自噬过程的潜力,为PD患者提供新的治疗途径。
Abstract:
Abstract: Existing research has confirmed that impaired autophagy may play an important role in the pathogenesis of Parkinsons disease (PD).Traditional Chinese medicine has rich experience in the treatment of PD degenerative nervous system diseases.By reviewing the scientific understanding of the role of traditional Chinese medicine in the pathogenesis of PD and autophagy dysfunction,and exploring the potential of traditional Chinese medicine in regulating autophagy process,we can provide new treatment methods for PD patients.
