摘 要:既往帕金森病(Parkinsons disease,PD)的研究主要围绕中枢神经系统进行。近年来研究发现PD的发病与进展跟肠道菌群密切相关。通过探讨PD病的肠道菌群失调特征、肠道菌群失调引发PD病的机制、补肾活血中药的肠道菌群调节作用以及补肾活血中药通过肠道微环境治疗PD病可能的机制,阐述肠道微环境是补肾活血法治疗PD的重要靶点。
