摘要:
摘 要：整理跟师学习UC临床经验、领悟学术思想、列举典型验案，总结名中医沈舒文辨治溃疡性结肠炎（ulcerative colitis，UC)临床经验。UC病机为邪滞肠中正气虚，气血失和肠膜伤；辨治分寒热虚实，标本缓急，注重从症态辨治，治标常清化湿热，温中散寒，涩肠止泻，纵擒宣摄，调理气机，治本重泻肝补脾，温补脾肾，调和气血，并注重中医外治疗法运用及结合内镜检查精准用药。
Abstract:
Abstract： Organize and learn clinical experience of UC from teachers，understand academic ideas，and list typical cases. To summarize the clinical experience of SHEN Shuwen，a renowned traditional Chinese medicine，in the differentiation and treatment of ulcerative colitis (UC).The pathogenesis of UC is characterized by pathogenic stagnation in the intestine，deficiency of positive Qi，loss of Qi and blood，and intestinal membrane injury;Differentiation and treatment are divided into cold，heat，deficiency，and excess.Emphasis is placed on symptomatic differentiation and treatment.Symptoms are often cleared and dampness and heat are dissipated in the middle，cold is dispelled in the warm，astringent in the intestines and diarrhea is stopped，and relaxation and absorption are carried out.Qi regulation is regulated，and the root cause is emphasized on purging the liver and tonifying the spleen，warming and tonifying the spleen and kidney，and regulating Qi and blood.In addition，attention is paid to the use of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment.
