摘 要：新冠肺炎奥密克戎变异株自首次发现及传播以来，在世界100多个国家流行，严重危害人类的生命健康。中医药防治新冠肺炎疗效确凿、优势显著。为了更加有效指导奥密克戎变异株感染临床防治，世界中医药学会联合会急症专业委员会、中国上海中医药大学急危重症研究所、陕西中医药大学疫病研究院组织国内《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案（试行第九版）》修订专家和临床防控一线救治专家，在《新型冠状病毒诊疗方案（试行第九版）》基础上，结合新型冠状病毒奥密克戎变异株感染防治临床经验，就新型冠状病毒奥密克戎变异株感染中医药防治相关问题展开调研与讨论，形成本专家建议，以期对当下新冠肺炎奥密克戎变异株感染临床治疗与预防起到指导作用。
Abstract:
Abstract： Since its first discovery,the SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant (B.1.1.529) has been prevalent in more than 100 countries around the world,seriously endangering human life and health.Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has shown characteristic advantages in preventing and treating COVID-19 patients with definite curative effect.In order to guide the prevention and treatment of the SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant infection more effectively,the Emergency Professional Committee of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies,the Institute of Emergency and Critical Care Medicine of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the Research Institute of Pestilence of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine,organized the experts who participated the revision of the Diagnosis and Treatment Protocol for COVID-19 Patients (Tentative 9th Edition) and the doctors working on the frontline of prevention and control of COVID-19 to form the recommendations through investigation and discussion on the topic of preventing and treating the SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant infection with TCM based on the Diagnosis and Treatment Protocol for COVID-19 Patients (Tentative 9th Edition) and clinical experience.It is hope that this recommendation can provide a guidance to the prevention and treatment of the current SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant infection.
