摘 要:目的 基于数据挖掘方法分析与总结新型冠状病毒肺炎定点收治医院中,运用中医药方剂治疗新冠肺炎的组方用药规律,为临床合理有效地遣方用药提供一定的数据支持和参考依据。方法 收集北京市丰台中西医结合医院、湖北省中西医结合医院隔离病房中治疗新冠肺炎的中医处方,建立方剂数据库,然后运用中医传承辅助平台软件中的频次统计、组方规律、新方分析等功能进行数据挖掘,对药物的四气五味归经、核心药物组合、用药模式及新处方进行总结分析。结果 共收集治疗新冠肺炎的中医处方84首,涉及中药达127味;药物四气以温、寒居多,五味主要属于苦、甘、辛,归经以肺脾胃为主;高频药物有甘草、半夏、黄芩、杏仁、陈皮等;核心药对有半夏-甘草、黄芩-甘草、半夏-黄芩等;潜在常用药对有北沙参-党参、北沙参-枳实、麦冬-麻黄等,演化出候选新处方6首。结论 中医治疗新冠肺炎的用药法则以化痰止咳平喘、解表化湿、补气等为要,治肺为主,兼顾脾胃。统计结果与诊疗方案基本吻合,亦发现一些具有潜在临床运用价值的遣方用药规律,可为临床治疗及新药研发提供参考依据。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective Based on the data mining method,to analyze and summarize the prescription and medication rules of COVID-19 in the designated hospitals,and to provide some data support and reference for the rational and effective prescription and medication in the clinic.Methods TCM prescriptions for the treatment of COVID-19 in the isolation wards of Beijing Fengtai integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine hospital and Hubei integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine hospital were collected,and the prescription database was established.Then the frequency statistics,prescription rules,new prescription analysis and other functions of the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform software were used to conduct data mining,and the four Qi and five flavor,meridians,core drug combinations,medication patterns and new prescriptions were summarized and analyzed.Results A total of 84 TCM prescriptions were collected for the treatment of COVID-19,involving 127 traditional Chinese medicines;The four Qi of drugs are mostly warm and cold,and the five flavors mainly belong to bitter,sweet and pungent,and the meridians are mainly lung,spleen and stomach;High frequency drugs include Licorice,Pinellia ternata,Scutellaria baicalensis,Almond,Tangerine peel,etc;The core drug pairs include Pinellia-Licorice,Scutellaria-Licorice,Pinellia-Scutellaria,etc;Potential common drug pairs include Radix Adenophorae Codonopsis Pilosulae,Radix Adenophorae trifoliate orange,Ophiopogon japonicus ephedra,etc. ,and 6 new candidate prescriptions have been evolved.Conclusion The principle of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of COVID-19 is to remove phlegm,relieve cough and asthma,relieve exterior dampness,and replenish Qi,mainly to treat the lung,taking into account the spleen and stomach.The statistical results are basically consistent with the diagnosis and treatment plan,and some prescription drug laws with potential clinical application value are also found,which can provide reference basis for clinical treatment and new drug research and development.
