摘要:
方朝晖教授治疗糖尿病周围神经病变博采众长，经验丰富。通过辨证求因，重视对病因、病机的分析，尤其对糖尿病“久病入络”的思想有着独特的发挥，认为气血阴阳亏虚为本，痰瘀阻络为标。治疗上以息风通络、滋养肝肾，化瘀通络、培生新血，祛湿通络、清热解毒为主，特色鲜明，疗效满意。
Abstract:
Professor Fang Zhaohui learned widely from other doctors’strong points and has accumulated rich experience in treating DPN． By differentiating syndrome for etiology，he attaches great importance to the analysis of etiology and pathogenesis and has unique understanding of the thought“chronic diseases transforming to collaterals”as for diabetes． He thinks that interior deficiency is the origin，phlegm stagnation in collaterals is the superficiality and the treatment should give priority to calming endogenous wind and dredging collaterals，nourishing liver and spleen，removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals，generating new blood，eliminating dampness and dredging channels，clearing heat and removing toxicity，which has distinctive features and satisfactory curative effect．
