摘要:
人具有自然与人文、社会双重属性，因此作为以人为研究内象的医学就有科学与非科学属性。中医 学总体上属于中国优秀的传统文化，长期保存了“亦科亦文亦哲”的特点，其中属于科学内容的部分，与西方医 学在本质内容上是统一的，其衡量标准也不分东西，只有实践，因此，解决中医学科学问题，仅仅靠传统文化自信 是不够的，要用合乎客观规律的科学方法，才能解决中医学的科学问题，这也是振兴中医的核心问题。我们在比 较中西医文化差异的同时，必须着眼中西医科学方面的统一性。对中医学哲学文化，如阴阳、五行、道气等概念， 应分别研究其哲学与
Abstract:
As human beings have double attribute of nature － humanity aspect and society，medicine focusing on people’s intrinsical demonstration has scientific and non － science properties． Generally，Chinese medicine，one of fine traditional cultures，preserves its characteristics of“either science or literature or philosophy”for a long period，among which the scientific parts are essentially identical to Western medicine for both with the same measurement criteria， practice． The problem，whether Chinese medicine is science or not，is the key for revitalizing Chinese medicine by sci- entific method conforming with objective law not just by traditional cultural nature law． Meanwhile，when comparing the difference of Chinese and Western medicine，we must look at the unity of scientific parts in both sides． As for the Chi- nese medical concepts of philosophical culture，such as yin and yang，five elements，Dao and Qi，etc． ，we should ex- plore their philosophical and non － philosophical connotations respectively with guidance of Marxist materialist dialec- tics． In terms of modern scientific and medical methods，combined fundamental research and clinical practice，Chinese medical theory will be optimized to gradually realize the classification of modern science and non － science and transfor- mation from presupposition to scientific theory，with real solution to scientific problem obtained to make Chinese medi- cine thrive．
