- Since the occurrence of Coronavirus Disease 2019( COVID - 19) , it has been quickly spreaded to all parts in china, and the prevention and control of epidemic situation is the primary work of medical institutions at all levels. There is no mature experience as for how to carry out the prevention and control quickly, orderly, effciently and safel. We have drawn up the pattern of “ 4 +4” to prevent and control COVID -19 in Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine( SZFY Hospital) , it was learned from the experience of SARS and the actual situation. There are two parts “ in - hospital prevention and control” and “ out - of - hospital support” in the pattern, and it involved “ hospital infection prevention and control” “ layered diagnosis and treatment” “ publicity and training” and “ materials deployment” in “ in - hospital prevention and control” ? It involved “ assembling a medical team to assist Hubei” “ scientific research” “ regional support” and “ network consulting” in “ out - of - hospital support” . The epidemic prevention and control work was carried out well and this experience was shared.
