摘 要：目的 对新安固本培元派三位代表性医家治疗痘疹用药规律进行研究以期指导临床。方法 应用Microsoft Excel 2019系统、SPSS Modeler 18.0系统和SPSS Statistics 25.0系统，分析和总结新安固本培元派三位代表性医家治疗痘疹的常用药物和用药规律，比较三位新安医家在治疗痘疹用药上的异同。结果 从汪机《痘治理辨》、徐春甫《痘疹泄密》和孙一奎《痘疹心印》中筛选治疗痘疹的处方共719首。将处方中出现的290味药物划分为18类，三位医家药类大多都是补虚药、清热药和解表药。汪机《痘治理辨》中筛选处方292首，共出现198味药物。徐春甫《痘疹泄密》筛选处方126首，共出现146味药物。孙一奎《痘疹心印》筛选处方301首，出现222味药物。三位用药频次最高的4味中药分别为甘草、人参、当归、白术。对三位新安医家治疗痘疹分别进行系统聚类分析，都得到九组聚类组合。在关联规则分析中，三位新安医家的两项关联分析位居第一的分别为甘草人参，人参大枣，甘草黄芪。结论 三位固本培元派医家在治疗痘疹上都践行了固本培元思想，将固护脾胃元气、健脾益气放在重要位置。同时依据痘疹疾病的发病病因病机特点，分期论治采用了诸如解表、和中、解毒之法，这些治法用药对于现代防治痘疹类传染性疾病有临床指导意义。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To study the rule of drug use in the treatment of acne by three representative physicians of Guben Peiyuan School of Xinan in order to guide clinical practice.Methods Microsoft Excel 2019 system，SPSS Modeler 18.0 system and SPSS Statistics 25.0 system were used to analyze and summarize the commonly used drugs and drug use rules of three representative physicians of Guben Peiyuan School of Xin'an，and compare the similarities and differences in drug use of three Xinan physicians in the treatment of acne.Results A total of 719 prescriptions were selected for the treatment of acne from WANG Ji's Dou Zhi Li Bian，XU Chunfu's Dou Zhen Xie Mi and SUN Yikui's Dou Zhen Xin Yin.The 290 drugs in the prescription were divided into 18 categories，and most of the three physicians'drugs were drugs for tonifying deficiency，clearing heat and relieving symptoms.There were 292 prescriptions screened in WANG Ji's Dou Zhi Li Bian，and 198 drugs appeared in total.XU Chunfu selected 126 prescriptions in Dou Zhen Xie Mi，and 146 drugs were found in total.SUN Yikui screened 301 prescriptions in his Dou Zhen Xin Yin，and 222 medicines appeared.The four herbs with the highest medication frequency were Licorice，Ginseng，Angelica and Atractylodes macrocephala.The systematic cluster analysis was carried out on three Xin'an doctors for the treatment of acne，and nine cluster combinations were obtained.In the association rule analysis，the three Xin'an physicians ranked first in two association analysis，namely，Licorice-Ginseng，Ginseng-Jujube，and Licorice Astragalus.Conclusion The three physicians of the School of Strengthening the Foundation and Cultivating the Yuan have all practiced the idea of strengthening the foundation and cultivating the Yuan in treating acne，and put the strengthening of the spleen and stomach and the strengthening of the spleen and Qi at an important position.At the same time，according to the pathogeny and pathogenesis characteristics of acne disease，the treatment by stages adopted methods such as relieving exterior，harmonizing middle and detoxification，which have clinical guiding significance for modern prevention and treatment of acne like infectious diseases.
