摘要:
目的 探讨中医实热证动物模型对眼底视网膜血管血氧饱和度的影响。方法 将12只雌雄各半巴马小型猪随机分为实热组和正常组,实热组给予内毒素以mg·kg-1(50%的浓度)的剂量行右后腿根部外侧肌注1次,正常组不做处理,待体温升高后,运用血氧监测仪(Oxymap)对两组行视网膜眼底血管图像采集,应用配套软件分析视网膜血管血氧饱和度。结果 实热模型组造模后动静脉血氧饱和度比值(SaO2/SvO2)升高(P<005);实热模型组造模前后动脉血氧饱和度(SaO2)变化、动静脉血氧饱和度差值(SaO2-SvO2)变化、动静脉血氧饱和度比值(SaO2/SvO2)变化均高于正常组(P<0.05)。结论 实热状态下,巴马小型猪视网膜微循环呈现高耗氧、高代谢的特征。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of the animal model of excess heat syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on the blood oxygen saturation of retinal vessels in the fundus.Methods Twelve male and female Bama miniature pigs were randomly divided into two groups:the heat excess group and the normal group.The dose of mg·kg-1(50% concentration) was injected into the lateral side of the root of the right hind leg once.The normal group did not do any treatment.After the body temperature rose,the images of retinal fundus blood vessels in the two groups were collected by using a blood oxygen monitor (Oxymap).The matching software was used to analyze the blood oxygen saturation of retinal vessels.Results The ratio of arterial and venous oxygen saturation (SaO2/SvO2) increased in the real heat model group (P<0.05).The changes of arterial oxygen saturation (SaO2),arteriovenous oxygen saturation difference (SaO2-SvO2) and arteriovenous oxygen saturation ratio (SaO2/SvO2) in the excess heat model group before and after modeling were higher than those in the normal group (P<0.05).Conclusion The retinal microcirculation of Bama miniature pig is characterized by high oxygen consumption and metabolism under the condition of excess heat.
