摘要:
目的 采用陶瓷膜分离纯化白及多糖。方法 以多糖回收率为指标,优化膜分离白及多糖的工艺参数,确定最佳分离工艺。结果 应用响应面分析法优化得到陶瓷膜分离白及多糖的最佳工艺条件,即温度47 ℃、料液比6 mg·mL-1、膜压2 bar,白及多糖的回收率达78.44%。结论 应用陶瓷膜分离纯化白及多糖,有效提高多糖纯度,为其进一步研究提供基础数据。
Abstract:
Objective To isolate and purify Bletilla polysaccharide by ceramic membrane.Methods Taking the recovery rate of polysaccharide as the index,optimize the technological parameters of membrane separation of Bletilla polysaccharide,and determine the best separation process.Results The optimum conditions of ceramic membrane separation of polysaccharide were obtained by response surface analysis,namely temperature 47 ℃,material to liquid ratio 6 mg·mL-1,membrane pressure 2 bar.The recovery rate of polysaccharide was 78.44%.Conclusion Porcelain membrane can effectively improve the purity of polysaccharide and provide basic data for its further study.
