摘要:
总结李军教授治疗脊髓损伤性多汗经验。认为该病中医病名为汗证；多因外伤致病；病机为痰瘀交结，闭阻经脉，玄府失司；治疗以涤痰祛瘀为法，从早、中、后三期进行辨治，根据不同阶段病机特点分析本病发生、发展中痰、瘀与正气虚实间的转化，以二陈汤合桃红四物汤进行加减化裁，治疗精准。
Abstract:
This paper discusses professor LI Juns experience of treating hyperhidrosis caused by spinal cord injury from multiple angles.This disease is called sweat syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine; Most of them are caused by trauma; The pathogenesis is the intersection of phlegm and blood stasis,blocking the meridians,and Xuanfu loses its division; According to the characteristics of pathogenesis in different stages,the transformation between phlegm,blood stasis and Qi deficiency and excess in the occurrence and development of the disease is analyzed.Erchen decoction and Taohong Siwu Decoction are used for addition and subtraction,accurate treatment.
