摘要:
目的通过回顾性研究,分析不同五运主时对带状疱疹及其神经痛发病的影响?方法收集整理带状疱疹及其后遗神经痛疾病资料,根据病历记载确定具体的发病时间,按每年每个五运所主时段统计出发病人数百分比,与相应年份相应时段五运主时进行对照,逐年分析五运变化对带状疱疹及其神经痛发病的影响?结果带状疱疹及其神经痛发病与五运主时有一定的相关性?太商主时对带状疱疹发病的影响较大,太徵?太羽?少宫次之;而太徵?少羽?少宫主时对带状疱疹神经痛发病的影响较大,少徵?少角次之?结论不同五运主时对带状疱疹及其神经痛发病的影响,对中医“未病
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the influence of different Wu Yun( Five Movements) on the pathogenesis of herpes zoster and neuralgia through a retrospective research. Methods To collect and sort out the literature relevant to herpes zoster and its sequelae neuralgia diseases, and then determine the specific time of onset according to the medical records, calculate the percentage of the number of patients who are exposed to the disease when the main period of Wu Yun governs in each year. The corresponding period and years are compared to analyze the Wu Yun impacts on the pathogenesis of herpes zoster and neuralgia year by year. Results The onset of herpes zoster and its neuralgia is related to the Five Movements. Tai Shangzhu had a greater impact on the onset of herpes zoster followed by Taizheng, Taiyu, and Shaogong while Taizheng, Shaoyu, and Shaogong had a greater impact on the onset of herpes zoster neuralgia with less symptoms followed by Shaojiao. Conclusion The impacts of different Wu Yun periods on the onset of herpes zoster and neuralgia have important guiding significance for TCM tenets of “ prevention before disease” , “ prevention of existing disease” , and “ adapting measures to conditions” .
