摘要:
脑胶质瘤属中医“脑瘤”范畴,陕西省名中医赵晓平基于自身多年中医辨证经验及对现代医学知识的掌握,提出“气虚染毒以致瘀”是胶质瘤的重要病机,以补泄并用?化瘀解毒?扶正祛邪为治法自拟“益气祛瘀解毒方”,并将脑胶质瘤中医证型分为五型,在治疗脑胶质瘤方面运用自身总结的“培元?豁痰?通瘀”的诊疗思路,在中西医结合治疗晚期脑胶质瘤患者姑息治疗方面取得成效?
Abstract:
Cerebral glioma is categorized into ＂ brain tumor＂ according to Traditional Chinese Medicine. Based on his experience in TCM syndrome differentiation and his proficiency of Modern Medicine for many years, Zhao Xiaoping, a well - known Chinese medicine practitioner in Shaanxi, proposes that blood stasis caused by qi deficiency and viral infection is an important pathogenesis of glioma. The Self - made detoxification formula of benefiting qi and removing stasis( Yiqi Quyu Jiedu Formula) aims to simultaneously supplementing and purging, removing blood stasis and toxins,strengthening the body and eliminating evils. In addition, he divides the TCM syndromes of glioma into five types, and applied his diagnosis and treatment methods of ＂cultivating the essence, eliminating the phlegm, and dredging blood stasis＂ in clinical practice, which has been demonstrate effective in the palliative treatment of patients with advanced glioma by the combination of Chinese and Western medicine.
