摘要:
慢性胰腺炎是由多种原因引起的胰腺组织进行性慢性炎症疾病,临床上常以发作性的上腹痛?腹泻?消瘦?黄疸以及营养不良为典型症状,中医药疗法在慢性胰腺炎的诊疗上存在明显的优势,近年来逐渐受到重视?本病与肝密切相关,宜从“肝”论治慢性胰腺炎,阐述了肝与腹痛?泄泻?黄疸以及“郁”的联系,从胰腺相关蛋白?细胞因子以及氧自由基等方面论证从“肝”治疗思路的可行性,并提出治“肝”是治疗慢性胰腺炎的关键,为今后临床治疗提供一定的理论依据?
