摘要:
人体阳气在维持生命机能活动中扮演了重要的角色,阳气生理功能正常运行,方可尽天寿之年,如同自然界的太阳和火,具有温煦?推动之功,具体表现为:①顾护机表,抵御外邪,调适寒温,驱邪外出;②维持五脏系统机能活动,推动精?气?血?津液化生?输布与转化,修复康复;③推动人体的生殖活动,维持机体的生长发育?阳气推动和维持了人体一切气机气化过程,成为生命运动的基本动力,是人体延年益寿的必要因素?
Abstract:
The yang qi in human body plays a very important role in sustaining the life activity. The regular operation of the physiological function of yang qi can guarantee people’ s longevity, which is similar to the sun and fire in the nature characterized by the warming and promoting functions. For example, first, it can protect the exterior of human body to defend the external evil and regulate the temperature, removing the evil from the body. Second, it can sustain the activity of five - zang system to promote the generation and transformation of jing, qi, blood and fluid, restoring the health. Third,it can improve the reproductive activity of human body to sustain its growth and development. In all, the yang qi is the key factor to prolong people’ s life since it promotes and sustains all the transformation of qi activity as the fundamental force of life activity.
