摘要:
慢性胃炎为临床常见病?多发病,以运气理论为指导,运用基于六己年卑监(土运不及之年)之纪运气特点设立的白术厚朴汤,针对脾虚?肝郁表现明显的慢性胃炎患者,通过组方药物使人体气运特点与自然界气运相顺应,即可纠正其气运“偏向”,从而达到治疗疾病的目的?在临床过程使慢性胃炎患者不适症状明显改善,如此以经典辨证体系为基础,结合五运六气理论的诊疗思维,为慢性胃炎的中医辨证提供了新思路,也更加符合“天人相应”的中医理念?
Abstract:
Chronic Gastritis is a clinically common and recurrent disease. Under the guidance of the Qi Circulation Theory, Professor Wen Xinli there is the Baizhu Houpo ( Rhizoma Atractylodes and Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis) Decoction which is based on the properties of qi circulation during the Liu Ji year( which means the soil element is not enoughto accomplish in this year) . It is used for the patients with CG who are obviously characterized by the spleen deficiency and liver depression. It can correct a deviation of qi circulation by complying the medicine with qi circulation in human body to treat the disease. It has been justified that the discomfort of patients with CG has been significantly improved since this treatment is based on the classical syndrome differentiation which combines with the Wuyun Liuqi( five elements and six pathogens) theory , providing a new method for the treatment of CG by means of TCM and more closely conforming to the TCM theory of “the correspondence between man and nature” .
