摘要:
新 安 医 家 吴 亦 鼎 ， 著 有 《 神 灸 经 纶 》 ， 该 书 置 针 言 灸 ， 集 先 贤 灸 法 精 义 ， 汇 一 生 灸 法 经 验 ， 详 谈 灸 治 热病 。 故 本 文 查 阅 相 关 文 献 ， 围 绕 “ 灸 治 热 病 ” 这 一 主 题 ， 在 了 解 吴 氏 灸 法 的 基 础 上 ， 着 重 分 析 灸 理 、 探 讨 选 穴 取穴 、 斟 酌 蓄 艾 灸 火 选 择 、 从 而 更 加 有 效 阐 释 “ 灸 治 热 病 ” 这 一 学 术 思 想 ， 以 发 扬 吴 氏 灸 理 ， 为 现 代 临 床 治 疗 热 病 带来 新 的 治 疗 思 路 。
Abstract:
Wu Yiding, a doctor in Xin’an, is the author of Shenjiu Jinglun, The book contains acupuncture and moxibustion, which collects the essence of the moxibustion method of the sages, the life experience of doctors in moxibustion,and discusses in detail the treatment of fever by moxibustion. Therefore, based on the understanding of Wu＇s moxibustion method, this paper consults the relevant literature and focuses on the analysis of moxibustion, the selection of acupoints and the selection of moxibustion fire, so as to explain the academic thought of “ moxibustion for fever” more effectively,and carry forward Wu＇s moxibustion therapy and bring new therapeutic ideas for modern clinical treatment of fever.
