在 中 国 古 代 医 书 著 述 史 上 ， 儒 医 将 医 论 、 医 方 编 为 歌 诀 体 医 书 ， 既 便 于 记 诵 ， 又 多 有 新 见 ， 是 医 学 与诗 词 融 通 的 体 现 。 清 初 陕 西 咸 阳 医 家 刘 企 向 先 儒 后 医 ， 擅 长 儿 科 诊 治 ， 晚 年 勤 于 著 述 ， 其 歌 诀 体 医 书 《 痘 科 药 性诗 余 》 （ １７２０） 、 《 痘 科 一 得 歌 诀 》 （ １７２１） 、 《 痘 科 一 得 药 方 解 》 （ １７２７） 具 有 重 要 的 中 医 药 治 学 方 法 启 示 ： 一 是 通 过分 析 刘 企 向 歌 诀 体 医 书 的 内 容 特 色 和 学 术 观 点 ， 可 归 纳 总 结 其 临 证 经 验 、 用 药 规 律 和 医 学 思 想 ； 二 是 探 究 刘 企 向歌 诀 体 医 书 的 体 裁 及 用 韵 ， 对 于 中 医 药 科 普 读 物 的 编 写 及 推 广 流 传 有 积 极 的 参 考 价 值 ； 三 是 从 传 统 文 献 学 、 诗 词音 韵 学 、 中 医 学 等 多 学 科 的 角 度 对 刘 企 向 歌 诀 体 医 书 进 行 全 面 研 究 ， 可 为 古 代 医 书 的 跨 学 科 研 究 提 供 一 种 新 的范 式 。
Abstract:
In the history of ancient Chinese medical books, Confucian doctors compiled medical theories and prescriptions into books of recipes in rhymes, which was not only easy to memorize, but also had many new ideas, and reflected the integration of medicine and poetry. Liu Qixiang, a doctor in Xianyang, Shaanxi Province in the early Qing Dynasty, was good at pediatric diagnosis and treatment, and was diligent in writing in his later years. His medical books of recipes in rhymes, Pox Medicine Property Verses ( 1720) , Recipes in Rhymes on Pox Medicine ( 1721) and Pox Prescription Analysis ( 1727) , had important inspiration for traditional Chinese medicine: Firstly, by analyzing the content characteristics and academic views of Liu Qixiangs books of recipes in rhymes, it is possible to summarize his clinical experience, medication rules and medical thoughts. Secondly, the genre and rhyme of Liu Qixiang’s medical books can be explored, which has positive reference value for the compilation and popularization of popular science books of Chinese medicine. Thirdly, from the perspective of traditional philology, phonology of poetry, traditional Chinese medicine and other disciplines. A comprehensive study of Liu Qixiangs books of recipes in rhymes can provide a new paradigm for the interdisciplinary study of ancient medical books.
