摘要:
目的 运用现代统计学技术和数据挖掘技术，分析国内临床针灸治疗带状疱疹的选穴规律。 方法 通过检索 １９７１ 年 １ 月 １ 日 ～ ２０１７ 年 ６ 月 ３０ 日中国知网数据库（ＣＮＫＩ） 针灸治疗带状疱疹的临床医案，建立带状疱疹针灸处方数据库，利用 ｓｐｓｓ１７ 进行描述性分析和聚类分析，利用 ｃｌｅｍｅｎｔｉｎｅ１２． ０ 软件对数据进行关联规则分析，对选用穴位的规律进行分析总结。 结果 经过筛选共有 ７９ 篇文献符合纳入标准，统计出 ８８ 条针灸治疗 带状疱疹针灸处方，共涉及腧穴 ５４ 个，总频次 ４４３ 次。 十四经中仅肺经未使用相关穴位，穴位使用频次最多的是阿是穴和夹脊穴。 通过运用关联规则技术得出穴位间相关性最高的是阿是穴—夹脊穴，夹脊穴—支沟穴相关性次之，通过运用聚类分析得出 ４ 个有效聚类群和核心穴对 ６ 对。 结论 探讨针灸治疗带状疱疹的组方规律，为针灸治疗带状疱疹的临床选穴提供参考。
Abstract:
Objective Using modern statistical technology and data mining technology, to analyze the rules of acupoint selection in the treatment of herpes zoster by clinical acupuncture and moxibustion in China. Method By searching clinical cases of herpes zoster treated by acupuncture and moxibustion in CNKI database from January 1, 1971 to June 30, 2017, a database of prescriptions for herpes zoster was established, descriptive analysis and cluster analysis were carried out by spss17, association rules were analyzed by Clementine 12. 0, and the rules of selecting acupoints were analyzed and summarized. Result After screening, a total of 79 articles met the inclusion criteria, and 88 acupuncture treatments for herpes zoster acupuncture were counted. 54 acupoints were involved, with a total frequency of 443. Among the 14 meridians, only the lung meridian had not used the relevant acupoints, and the most frequently used acupoints were Ashi and Jiaji. By using association rule technology, the highest correlation among acupoints was Ashi - Jiaji, followed by Jiaji - Zhigou. Four effective clusters and six pairs of core acupoints were obtained by cluster analysis. Conclusion Explorationof the prescription regularity of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of herpes zoster provides reference for clinical acupoint selection of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of herpes zoster.
