摘要:
目的 探讨大柴胡汤治疗 ＴＡＣＥ 术后综合征的疗效。 方法 选择 ２０１７ 年 ３ 月 ～ ２０１８ 年 ３ 月收治的 ６０例 ＴＡＣＥ 患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组。 对照组：常规 ＴＡＣＥ 治疗为对症支持；治疗组：术后第 １ 天，治疗组口服大柴胡汤 ５０ｍＬ／次，每次 ２ 次，连续 ５ｄ。 记录治疗期间的发热、腹痛、呕吐、睡眠持续时间和患者满意度。 结果治疗组发热、腹痛、呕吐和睡眠时间明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（Ｐ ＜ ０． ０５）。 治疗组患者满意度高于对照组（Ｐ ＜ ０． ０５）。 结论 大柴胡汤能有效缓解 ＴＡＣＥ 术后发热、腹痛、呕吐等症状，改善睡眠治疗，提高患者治疗的满意度，值得进一步的临床研究和推广。
Abstract:
to investigate the therapeutic effect of Dachaihu Decoction on postoperative syndrome of hepatocellular carcinoma after TACE. Method: Sixty patients with TACE admitted from March 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Control group: conventional TACE treatment was symptomatic support. Treatment group: on the first day after surgery, the treatment group received oral Dachaihu Decoction 50mL/ time, 2times each time for 5 days. Fever, abdominal pain, vomiting, sleep duration, and patient satisfaction during treatment were recorded. Result: The time of fever, abdominal pain, vomiting and sleep in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group ( P < 0. 05) . The satisfaction of patients in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group ( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion: Dachaihu Decoction can effectively alleviate the symptoms of fever, abdominal pain and vomiting after TACE, improve sleep therapy and patients’ satisfaction with treatment. It is worthy of further clinical research and promotion.
