摘要:
摘 要：扶智是扶贫战略的重要组成部分，是通过教育进行的精神层面的扶贫。扶智就是扶知识、扶技术、扶思路。在互联网普及的背景下，网络对扶智的辅助作用必不可少。基于“互联网+”的中医药文化“扶智”策略研究，将重点聚焦在中医药文化蕴含的德、智、体、美、劳“五育”元素在扶智过程中发挥的作用，中医药文化扶智的策略及线上线下平台建设两个方面。中医药文化有机结合传播学、数字媒体技术（自媒体、全媒体、互联网等平台），制定合理的中医药文化扶智策略与形式，为促进中医药文化传播与扶贫的深度融合提供有力的支撑。
Abstract:
Abstract：Intellectual support is an important component of poverty alleviation strategies and a spiritual aspect of poverty alleviation through education.Intellectual support means supporting knowledge,technology,and ideas.In the context of the popularization of the internet,the auxiliary role of the internet in intellectual support is essential.Based on the “Internet+” strategy research on “intellectual support” of Chinese medicine culture,we will focus on the role of the “five education” elements of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,beauty and labor contained in Chinese medicine culture in the process of intellectual support,the strategy of intellectual support of Chinese medicine culture and the construction of online and offline platforms.The organic integration of traditional Chinese medicine culture with communication studies and digital media technologies (self media,full media,internet,and other platforms),and the development of reasonable strategies and forms of traditional Chinese medicine culture to intellectual support,provides strong support for promoting the deep integration of traditional Chinese medicine culture dissemination and poverty alleviation.
