摘要:
新冠肺炎发生以来,快速向全国各地传播,做好疫情防控是各级医疗机构的首要工作?如何快速?有序?高效?安全的开展防控并没有成熟的经验?陕中附院借鉴SARS疫情防控经验结合本地区疫情和防控需要,制定出“4+4”医院防控管理模式,从“院内管控”和“院外支援”两个层面进行全面部署?院内管控包括“院感防控”“分层诊疗”“宣传培训”“物资调配”四个方面的工作;院外支援包括“组建援鄂医疗队”“科研攻关”“区域支持”“网络咨询”四个方面的工作?较好地开展了本次疫情防控工作,将此经验予以分享?
Abstract:
Since the occurrence of novel coronavirus pneumonia(NCP), it has been quickly broadcast to all parts in china, and the prevention and control of epidemic situation is the primary work of medical institutions at all levels. How to contain the outbreak quickly, orderly, efficiently and safely has no mature experience. We have drawn up the pattern of “4+4” to prevention and control NCP in Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine(SZFY Hospital), it was learned from the experience of SARS and the actual situation. There are two parts "in-hospital prevention and control" and "out-of-hospital support" in the pattern, and it involved "hospital sense prevention and control" "layered diagnosis and treatment" "publicity training" and "materials deployment" of "in-hospital prevention and control", it involved "establishing a medical team to assist Hubei" "scientific research" "regional support" and "network consulting" of "out-of-hospital support". Theepidemic prevention and control work was carried out well and this experience was shared.
