摘要:
《千金方》是《备急千金要方》和《千金翼方》的简称，唐朝著名医学家孙思邈所著。本书取材广泛， 几乎囊括了现代临床各科，是一部实用性很强的百科全书。本文从孙思邈所处的时代背景入手，通过对当时的 社会环境、域外交流、宗教影响、医学传承、学术创新等方面的特征进行分析、探讨《千金方》成书的历史原因。
Abstract:
Important Formulas Worth a Thousand Gold Pieces ( Qian Jin Fang) ，short for Beiji Qianjin Yaofang and Qianjin Yifang，is finished by Sun Simiao － a famous physician in the Tang Dynasty( 618 － 907) ． The book is drawn ex- tensively，covering almost all the modern clinical subjects and is a highly practical encyclopedia． This article begins with the background of Sun Simiao's time，and then analyzes the historical reasons for the achievement of the book " Qian Jin Fang" by analyzing the characteristics of the social environment，foreign exchange，religious influence，medical inherit- ance，academic innovation and so on．
