摘 要：糖尿病胃轻瘫是一种以胃排空延迟为特征的疾病，目前已经成为1型和2型糖尿病患者中较为常见的胃肠道并发症，由于胃轻瘫的常见临床症状多类似于其他胃肠道疾病这使得本病可能早期被忽视而不被诊断，且目前本病尚缺乏有效的治疗方法，给临床医生带来严峻挑战。文章就糖尿病胃轻瘫的诊疗要点进行了解读，通过辨证论治，采用内治与外治相结合进行治疗，并对中医药防治糖尿病胃轻瘫进行了介绍，旨在为临床工作者进一步做好糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床管理提供参考。
Abstract:
Abstract： Diabetes gastroparesis is a disease characterized by delayed gastric emptying,which has become a relatively common gastrointestinal complication in patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes.Because the common clinical symptoms of gastroparesis are similar to other gastrointestinal diseases,this disease may be ignored at an early stage without being diagnosed,and there is still no effective treatment for this disease,which brings severe challenges to clinicians.The article interprets the key points of diagnosis and treatment of diabetes gastroparesis,through syndrome differentiation and treatment,adopts the combination of internal treatment and external treatment,and introduces the prevention and treatment of diabetes gastroparesis with traditional Chinese medicine,aiming to provide reference for clinical workers to further improve the clinical management of diabetes gastroparesis.
