摘 要：结合《黄帝内经》《神农本草经》《伤寒杂病论》《三因极一病证方论》，对相关内容进行综合分析，探讨正阳汤方名、方源、组方法度与应用要诀，认为正阳汤作为子午少阴司天之年的运气方，是在《黄帝内经》运气理论指导下，遵循天人合一的整体观念，根据五味补泻以平调阴阳而成，与经方有着较为密切的关联度。正阳汤作用本质在于纠正子午少阴司天之年运气的太过与不及，使不正之气恢复正常，应用时应遵循“谨守病机，勿失气宜”与“因时制宜，随机达变”的要诀，临床可通过调整主治偏重，以随机达变。
Abstract:
Abstract： Based on Inner Caon of Huangdi，Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing，Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases，and San Yin Ji Yi Bing Zheng Fang Lun，this paper comprehensively analyzes the relevant contents，discusses the name，source，formulation method and application key of Zhengyang decoction，and believes that Zhengyang decoction，as a Yunqi recipe for the Zi Wu Shaoyin Sitian year，is formed under the guidance of the Yunqi Theory in Inner Caon of Huangdi，following the overall concept of the unity of heaven and man，and balancing Yin and Yang according to the five flavors，It is closely related to the classic prescription. The essence of Zhengyang decoction is to correct the excessive and insufficient Yunqi in the year of Zi Wu Shaoyin Sitian，so that the unhealthy Qi can return to normal. When applying Zhengyang decoction，we should follow the key points of “observing the pathogenesis，not losing Qi” and “adjusting measures according to time and random changes”. In clinical practice，we can adjust the main treatment to achieve changes according to the mechanism.
