摘 要:关节紊乱是骨伤科的常见病、多发病,现代医学常给予制动联合消炎镇痛行对症治疗,但远期疗效欠佳。如何科学、合理、有效地对该病进行干预,特别是采用中医手法尤其显得难能可贵。陕西中医药大学附属医院杨利学教授在多年临证经验的基础上,依据关节紊乱的特点,从中西医两个维度去认识该病,从“骨错缝、筋出槽”角度治疗该病,并提出辨病与辨因相结合,采用正骨手法捋顺、整复、归位紊乱的关节,最终达到理顺筋脉、整复错位的目的。故撷杨教授学术思想之精华,阐述该手法稳、准、巧之精髓,以期为中医药治疗关节紊乱提供新思维。
Abstract:
Abstract: Joint disorder is a common and frequently occurring disease in orthopedics and traumatology.Modern medicine often gives symptomatic treatment of braking combined with anti-inflammatory and analgesic,but the longterm effect is not good.How to intervene the disease scientifically,reasonably and effectively,especially using traditional Chinese medicine,is particularly valuable.On the basis of many years of clinical experience,Professor YANG Lixue of the Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of traditional Chinese medicine,according to the characteristics of joint disorder,understands the disease from the two dimensions of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,treats the disease from the perspective of “bone dislocation and tendon groove”,and puts forward the combination of disease differentiation and cause differentiation,and uses bone setting manipulation to smooth,restore and reposition the disordered joints,so as to finally straighten out the muscles and vessels for the purpose of restoring dislocation.This article takes the essence of Professor YANG’s academic thinking,and expounds the essence of this methods stability,accuracy and ingenious,in order to provide new thinking for Chinese medicine in the treatment of joint disorders.
