摘 要:目的 探讨针刺疗法对急性缺血性脑卒中患者血清PPARs调控。方法 选取我院住院治疗的急性缺血性脑卒中患者75例作为研究对象。随机分为常规组(39人)和治疗组(36人),常规组根据指南常规给予抗血小板聚集、降脂稳定斑块等治疗;针灸治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,根据我科诊疗常规,辨证给予针刺治疗。2周后对比临床疗效及血清PPARs变化情况。结果 两组患者治疗后NIHSS评分均较治疗前明显降低,且治疗组降低更为明显;PPARα、PPARγ较治疗前明显上升,且治疗组上升更加明显,差异有统计学意义;PPARβ治疗前后未见明显变化,差异无统计学意义。结论 针灸治疗较常规治疗能更有效的改善急性缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能缺损评分,其可能机制与激活体内PPARα和PPARγ有关。
