摘要:
摘 要：月经过少是妇科常见病及多发病之一，常与月经后期相并见，如不予足够重视延误治疗时机，常发展为闭经，导致不孕及卵巢早衰，严重威胁妇女的精神和心理健康。贺丰杰教授长期致力于妇科疾病的中医药研究，对月经病的诊治积累了丰富的临床经验，其认为阴精为月经之根本，月经过少的病机特点多为阴液不足，滋阴是调经的重点，按照“阴阳一体、阴阳互根”中医核心理论，提出“全周期滋阴，经前期阴中求阳以温阳”的治疗新思路，临床疗效显著。
Abstract:
Abstract： Oligomenorrhea is one of the common and frequently occurring diseases in gynecology,which is often associated with late menstruation.If insufficient attention is paid to delaying the time of treatment,it often develops into amenorrhea,leading to infertility and premature ovarian failure,which seriously threatens womens mental health.Professor HE Fengjie has long been committed to the research of traditional Chinese medicine for gynecological diseases and has accumulated rich clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of menstrual diseases.He believes that Yin essence is the root of menstruation,and the pathogenesis of hypomenorrhea is mostly lack of Yin fluid.Nourishing Yin is the focus of menstruation regulation.According to the core theory of traditional Chinese medicine of “integration of Yin and Yang and mutual root of Yin and Yang”,The new idea of “Nourishing Yin in the whole cycle,seeking Yang in Yin in premenstrual period and warming Yang” is put forward,and the clinical effect is remarkable.
