摘要:
痿证是指肢体痿弱无力，不能随意运动的一类病证。金元四大家在其各自的著作中对痿证进行了详细论述，理法详备，颇具特色。笔者通过阅读、分析四大医家的著作，对其诊疗思路、遣方用药方面进行挖掘，发现刘完素从五运六气学说、亢害承制论痿。张从正明辨风痿痹厥四证，从攻邪补其虚出发治痿，并且注重病人治后的温养。李杲从湿热成因论痿，针药兼施，采取同精导气之法，寓补泻于无形。朱丹溪从五行生化制克论痿丰富了痿证的证型，化裁东垣健步丸一方治痿，创制了虎潜丸等名方。四位医家论治痿证各有奥义，其学术思想对现代中医临床治疗痿证仍具有重要的指导意义。
Abstract:
Flaccidity syndrome refers to a kind of disease with flaccidity，weakness and inability to move at will.In their works，the four great masters of Jin and Yuan Dynasties discussed in detail the theory and method of Wei Zheng.Through reading and analyzing the works of the four major doctors，the author digs out their diagnosis and treatment ideas，prescriptions and drugs，and finds that LIU Wansus theory of five movements and six Qi，and the theory of excessive harm and inheritance of impotence.ZHANG Congzheng distinguished four syndromes of wind flaccidity and Bi Jue，treated flaccidity from attacking pathogenic factors and tonifying its deficiency，and paid attention to the warm and nourishing of patients after treatment.LI Gao discussed flaccidity from the cause of dampness and heat.He used acupuncture and medicine at the same time.He adopted the method of guiding Qi with the same essence，and contained reinforcing and reducing.ZHU Danxi enriched the syndrome types of flaccidity from the five elements.He used Dongyuan Jianbu pill to treat flaccidity and created famous prescriptions such as Huqian pill.Each of the four doctors has its own profound meaning in treating flaccidity syndrome，and their academic thoughts still have important guiding significance for the clinical treatment of flaccidity syndrome in modern Chinese medicine.
