摘要:
溃疡性结肠炎以腹痛?腹泻?黏液脓血便?里急后重等为主要临床表现,属于中医学“肠”范畴?本病患者因其所处缓解期或发作期而具有不同的临床表现,但是总的病理性质为本虚标实?历代医家多以中医辨证思维及经验思维来诊治,在辨证思维多样化和诊治理论丰富化的现代,借助中华传统文化来还原中医的原始思维,具有重要的启发意义?试以《周易?损卦》象数思维解析论治溃疡性结肠炎,从肠与损卦的相应性,从损卦论肠的病机及其演变谈肠的治疗?从而探讨中医治疗溃疡性结肠炎的理论新思路,以期为中医之继承创新提供依据?
Abstract:
The main clinical symptoms of UC ( Ulcerative Colitis) include abdominal pain, diarrhea, mucus in bloody purulent stool, and tenesmus, which is considered as a counterpart of Changpi diseases categorized by TCM. Patients who suffered from this disease demonstrate different symptoms due to the remission or acute attack stages, while the overall pathological nature is characterized by deficient root and excessive branch. In history, TCM practitioners diagnosed and treated this disease according to syndrome differentiation and empirical thinking. However, currently since the syndrome differentiation are versatile in thinking and the diagnosis and treatments are rich in theories, to restore the original thinking of TCM with the help of traditional Chinese culture is significant. This paper analyzes the treatment of UC based on the image - numerology thinking in Zhouyi Sungua ( The Book of Changes. Divinatory Symbols of Sun) to explore new theories in terms of TCM treatment. Hopefully, this paper will provide evidence for the inheritance and innovation of TCM.
