摘要:
新冠肺炎中医病名当为“温病”,具体为“温毒伏藏夹肺虚病”;该病病因病机责之于外有温气毒邪,内有宗气亏虚,引动伏藏膜原之夙根,终致肺脾同病;其预防则立足于长安米氏内科流派“宗气为本”学术思想,顾护宗气,增强机体免疫力,补虚扶正以祛邪;同时遵循米氏流派“临症优选法”,紧抓新冠肺炎“发热?乏力?干咳”等典型临床特征,调理脾胃气血运化之机,清肺热,润肺燥,祛湿解毒,清透伏藏膜原之“夙根”?
Abstract:
Covid -19 should be categorized into the warm disease in the territory of TCM, specifically it is a kind of disease which is caused by the warm virus storing in the lung. The pathogenesis of this disease comes from the exterior warm evil and the interior deficiency of pectoral qi, motivating the source of the storing evil and causing the simultaneous occurrence of diseases in the lung and spleen. The prevention is based on the theory of “ the pectoral - qi oriented” proposed by Mi liehan and his successors of the internal medicine in Chang’ an, which aims to protect the pectoral qi to improve the immunity of human body and invigorate the deficiency and support the vital qi, thus dispersing the evil. Meanwhile, the typical symptoms of Covid - 19 such as fever, fatigue, dry cough should be attached the greatest importance while regulating the transformation activity of the qi and blood in the spleen and stomach accordingly, clearing the heat of lung and moisturing its dryness to remove the dampness and toxin. Finally, the source of the disease will be cleared off.
