摘要:
张学文国医大师把导致脑病的诸多因素概括为:痰瘀水湿,并认为其不仅仅是导致脑病的病因,还是脑病的病理产物,医者循其“证因”辨治脑病,提纲挈领,颇受教益?列举案例体现张学文国医大师“脑当为脏”理论和脑病“活血化瘀”学术思想。
Abstract:
TCM master Zhang Xuewen summed up many factors that lead to encephalopathy as “ phlegm stagnation with waterdampness” , and thought that it is not only the cause of encephalopathy, but also the pathological product of encephalopathy. According to its “ syndrome and cause” , the treatment of encephalopathy was outlined and the author has learned a lot from it. The cases cited in this article are all the application of Zhang Xuewen＇s theory of “ brain disease can be differentiated and treated from zang - fu viscera” and the principle of ＂promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis＂ in the author’ s department was presented which is open to any correction.
