摘要:
桃红四物汤是临床常用活血补血方剂,在中医妇科?中医内科等临床各科均被广泛运用?诸多脑病亦常见到血脉瘀滞类病证,根据临证中最常涉及到的血脉瘀阻?肝热血瘀?火毒血瘀?痰瘀交结?肾虚血瘀?肝热风动脑络瘀热?气虚血瘀?肝肾阴虚?肝阳上亢兼血滞?气滞血瘀?肺热痰瘀滞脑等脑病瘀滞病证,总结了多组加味桃红四物汤方剂
Abstract:
Taohong Siwu Decoction is a commonly used formula for promoting blood circulation and nourishing blood, which is widely used in gynecology, internal medicine and other clinical departments. Blood stasis syndromes are also common in many encephalopathy. According to the most commonly seen stasis syndromes of enecphalopath such as static blood blocking blood vessels, liver heat and blood stasis, fire toxin and blood stasis, phlegm and blood stasis, kidney deficiency and blood stasis, liver heat, stirring wind stagnant heat in cerebral collateral, qi deficiency and blood stasis, liver yin deficiency and liver yang hyperactivity and blood stasis, qi stagnation and blood stasis, lung heat and phlegm and blood stasis stranding in the brain, the author summarized many groups of modified Taohong Siwu Decoction.
