摘要:
2018年中国心衰指南具有“新、中、全、实”的特点，采用心衰新的分类及诊断标准，强调心衰要早筛、早诊加强预防，治疗采用新药，强调心衰综合管理等亮点，充分接轨国际，同时结合国内有代表性的临床循证医学证据，全面涵盖心衰发展的全程诊疗，为中国心衰诊疗标准化、规范化奠定了基础。新指南会让更多的医生运用最新的治疗理念、方法和手段进行规范化治疗，提高达标率，真正做到让患者获益。
Abstract:
2018 China Heart Failure Diagnosis and Treatment Guide features new, complete and authentic content with Chinese characteristic. It adopts new classification and diagnostic criteria for heart failure, and emphasizes the early screening, early diagnosis and strengthened prevention. New drugs are used in the treatment, and comprehensive management of heart failure is also emphasized. The 2018 Heart Failure Diagnosis and Treatment Guide has many highlights, fully geared to the international standards. Meanwhile, it combines domestic representative clinical evidence - based medical evidence to comprehensively cover the entire diagnosis and treatment of heart failure development, laying a foundation for the standardization of heart failure diagnosis and treatment in China. The new Guide( 2018 Heart Failure Diagnosis and Treatment Guide) will enable more doctors to use the latest treatment concepts, methods and means for standardized treatment, improve the rate of reaching the standard, and truly benefit patients.
