摘要:
慢性心力衰竭反复急性加重的主要原因是容量负荷过重，以利尿剂治疗为主的方法不能充分纠正液体潴留。总结中医学治疗“心水”的经验，以津气并调为指导，采取益气利水、温阳利水、化气利水、行气利水、降逆利水以及逐水之法，结合西医治疗的路径，能够更好控制慢性心衰患者的液体潴留。
Abstract:
The main cause of repeated acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure is the overload of volume, and the method mainly based on diuretics cannot adequately improve fluid retention. Through the combination of Chinese medicine, Western medicine and summing up the experience of TCM in treating “ heart edema” ; taking the regulation of both fluid and qi as the guide; the methods of boosting qi to promote urination, warming yang to promote urination, warming qito promote urination, moving qi to promote urination, lowering adverse qi to promote urination as well as expelling water make fluid retention in patients with chronic heart failure better controlled.
