摘要:
目的 探讨扶正益气汤对乳腺癌患者术后血清 CEA、Ca153、Ca125 及生活质量的影响。方法 选择 2015 年 6 月 ～ 2016 年 6 月在宝鸡市中心医院进行乳腺癌手术且术后需进行综合治疗的患者 212 例，随机分为 治疗组 116 例和对照组 96 例，观察血清 CEA、Ca153、Ca125 的变化和生活质量。结果 治疗组血清肿瘤标志物 CEA、CA153、CA125 均低于对照组，两组差异具有统计学意义( P ＜ 0． 05) ; 在生活质量比较中，治疗组功能子量 表中躯体功能和情绪功能得分显著高于对照组，症状子量表各项得分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义( P ＜ 0． 05) 。结论 应用扶正益气汤能显著抑制乳腺癌术后血清 CEA、Ca153、Ca125 的升高并改善患者生活质量。
Abstract:
To observe the effect of Fuzheng Yiqi decoction on serum CEA，Ca153，Ca125 and quality of life of breast cancer patients after operation． Method: 212 cases of breast cancer patients after operation and still needed comprehensive treatment at Central Hospital of Baoji from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected，and randomly divided into treatment group( 116 cases) and control group( 96 cases) ． The changes of serum CEA，Ca153，Ca125 and quality of life were observed． Ｒesult: The serum tumor markers CEA，CA153，and CA125 in the treatment group were all lower than those in the control group，the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P ＜ 0． 05) ． In the comparison of quality of life，the scores of physical function and emotional function in the functional subscale of the treat- ment group were signficantly． higher than those of the control group，the scores of the symptom subscale were all lower than those of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant ( P ＜ 0． 05) ． Conclusion: Application of Fuzheng Yiqi decoction can significantly inhibit the increase of serum CEA，Ca153 and Ca125 and improve the quality of life of breast cancer patients．
