摘要:
通过历代书籍对独活的记载，整理归纳了独活的本草考证，概述了其祛风除湿，散寒止痛、宣通气 道、化湿升阳、活血舒经、祛邪消痈等传统功效，以及对它分别与羌活、细辛、防风、秦艽、黄柏配伍形成的五种常 见药对的临床运用的概括，以探明用药规律，拓展独活的用药范围，加强临床合理用药。
Abstract:
Through the records of doubleteeth pubescent angelica root in ancient books，its herb textual re- search was arranged and summarized． Traditional effects such as dispelling pathogenic wind and removing dampness，dispelling cold and relieving pain，ventilating airways，resolving dampness and ascending yang，pro- moting blood circulation and relieving rigidity of channels，eliminate pathogenic factor and resolving carbuncle were introduced briefly． The clinical application of 5 common medical pairs formed by doubleteeth pubescent an- gelica with incised notopterygium rhizome and root，with asiasari radix，with divaricate saposhnikovia root，with largeleaf gentian root，with amur cork － tree were also generalized，with an aim to investigate the rule of medi- cation，broaden the medication scope of doubleteeth pubescent angelica root and strengthen rational drug use clinically．
