杨鉴冰教授采用中西医结合治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕疗效肯定。输卵管阻塞性不孕患者多因血瘀湿
毒致冲任阻塞，病机以虚实夹杂为主，临床杨教授采用输卵管介入治疗、 术后综合治疗及中药内服加灌肠，妊娠
率高，再次黏连及宫外孕的几率极低。
- Abstract:

The definite effect of Chinese and western integrative medicine on infertility due to tubal obstruction has
been clinically verified from the experience of Professor Yang Jianbing． The obstruction of chong and ren channels due to
blood stasis and damp pathogens is the main cause of fallopian tube obstructive infertility and its pathogenesis is intermingled deficiency and excess． With the adoption of interventional therapy of fallopian tubes， comprehensive treatment
after operation and Chinese medicine combined enema， the patients’pregnancy rate is high and the opportunity of salpingemphraxis readhesion as well as ectopic pregnancy is extremely low．
