摘要:
理论规范化与技术标准化是每一个学科发展的必备条件，也是现代科学的基本要求，中医学也不例 外。中医理论共识是《内经》《难经》规范和标准化的结果，中医技术规范是《内经》《难经》经典研究的重要问题， 中医标准、规范的依据是经典所构建的基本理论，经典对于中医标准化发展具有重要意义。
Abstract:
Theoretical and technical standardization are the prerequisite for the development of each subject and the basic sacrifice of modern science． TCM is not excepted． The consensus of TCM theory is from the standardization of the Huang Di Nei Jing and Nan Jing． The technical standard standardization of Chinese medicine is an important issue in the classical study of of the Huang Di Nei Jing and Nan Jing． The basic theory constructed by Huang Di Nei Jing and Nan Jing is the basis of TCM norms and standardization，which shows great significance in the development of Standardization of TCM．
