摘要:
新型冠状病毒肺炎合并尿潴留病机复杂，症状繁多，病情较重，治疗效果不佳，采用清代乾隆御医黄元御的 “一气周流”思想，按燥土疏木敛降相火治则，以五苓散合柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎合并尿潴留。左路得升，右路得降，使“一气周流”，水道通调，精藏神聚，执简驭繁，对临床有重要的指导意义。
Abstract:
The pathogenesis of COVID-19 with urinary retention is complex,the symptoms are various,the condition is serious,and the treatment effect is poor.The idea of “One Qi circulation” of HUANG Yuanyu,the imperial physician of Qianlong in the Qing Dynasty,was adopted to treat the COVID-19 with urinary retention with Wuling Powder combined with Chaihu and Longgu Muli Decoction according to the principle of dry soil,smoothing wood,astringent and descending phase fire.The left road can be raised and the right road can be lowered,so that “One Qi circulation”,the waterway can be adjusted,the essence can be stored,the Shen can be gathered,and the simplicity can control the complexity,which is of great guiding significance to clinical practice.
