- Abstract:
- Spleen and stomach disease is the combination of two kinds of disease. However, they show different clinical manifestations and pahtogenesis since the spleen and stomach are different in physiological properties and bear different responsibilities. The main symptoms include the spleen deficiency on the one hand and stomach dryness on the other.The qi deficiency generally occurs to spleen, while the stasis and yin deficiency usually occur to stomach, causing the stasis of stomach collaterals. The treatment aims to supplement the spleen, but cautioning against universally invigorating,and to invigorate the deficiency while dredging the stasis simultaneously, complementing with nourishing the stomach. Inaddition, two cases are provided to justify the treatment.
