Arrhythmia is a common clinical disease, and there is currently no ideal treatment. This paper introduces the clinical exploration of treating arrhythmia of deficiency of qi and blood with the classical prescription Zhigancao Decoction, treating atrial fibrillation with Danggui Liuhuang Decoction, treating ventricular premature beat with Huanglian Wendan Decoction and Xinsuning capsule. It is realized that the classical prescriptions treat arrhythmia as a whole, have advantages such as good curative effect, long - term stability, few adverse reactions to human body and low medical expenses, so it should be popularized.
