Doctor Huan ( unhurriedness) and Doctor He ( moderateness) are famous doctors who lived in the Qin Dynasty. It is generally believed that “ Huan” and “ He” are the names of two people, and "Doctor" is the occupation in which they are engaged. The research results show that “ Huan” and “ He” are not only the “ earliest full - time doctors” in China, their names also reflect the basic quality requirements for Chinese medicine practitioners, that is, medical affairs value unhurriedness, medical laws upholds moderateness.
