- Based on the theory of“harmony between man and nature’and“Yin － yang and Five Phases”，the theo-ry of“Five Circuits and Six Qi”explores the law of natural climate change and its impact on human health and disease．Prediction and prevention of diseases are the best knowledge in the field of medicine，and plays an important role in TCMtheory of preventive treatment of disease． Based on the theory of“Five Circuits and Six Qi”，referring to the relevant re-cords of physicians studying the five circuits and six qi，this paper summarizes the key points of disease prevention，treat-ment and health preservation in 2019 from the aspects of the characteristics of luck，climate change and epidemic of disea-ses，so as to provide reference for clinical medication．
