- Abstract： Diabetes gastroparesis is a disease characterized by delayed gastric emptying,which has become a relatively common gastrointestinal complication in patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes.Because the common clinical symptoms of gastroparesis are similar to other gastrointestinal diseases,this disease may be ignored at an early stage without being diagnosed,and there is still no effective treatment for this disease,which brings severe challenges to clinicians.The article interprets the key points of diagnosis and treatment of diabetes gastroparesis,through syndrome differentiation and treatment,adopts the combination of internal treatment and external treatment,and introduces the prevention and treatment of diabetes gastroparesis with traditional Chinese medicine,aiming to provide reference for clinical workers to further improve the clinical management of diabetes gastroparesis.
