- The pathogenesis of COVID-19 with urinary retention is complex,the symptoms are various,the condition is serious,and the treatment effect is poor.The idea of “One Qi circulation” of HUANG Yuanyu,the imperial physician of Qianlong in the Qing Dynasty,was adopted to treat the COVID-19 with urinary retention with Wuling Powder combined with Chaihu and Longgu Muli Decoction according to the principle of dry soil,smoothing wood,astringent and descending phase fire.The left road can be raised and the right road can be lowered,so that “One Qi circulation”,the waterway can be adjusted,the essence can be stored,the Shen can be gathered,and the simplicity can control the complexity,which is of great guiding significance to clinical practice.
