- Abstract:
- WU Kun was a TCM practitioner of Ming Dynasty, also a prolific author. He found out that WU??s distinctive masterpiece Zhen Fang Liu Ji stressed the application of Qi and blood. Hence this paper analyzes its characteristics in manipulating needles and administering medicine in terms of observing Qi to protect Yuan Qi, awaiting Qi and gaining Qi, dispelling sepsis, differentiating Qi and blood as well as harmonizing Qi and blood, and finally proposes that this TCM masterpiece is of extraordinary significance both in theory and in clinical practice.
