As a young beginner of TCM, I was instructed by different masters of TCM and was determined to promote TCM since then. I applied the modified prescriptions of Yinchenhao( Artemisia Capillaris) Decoction and Yinchen Wuling Powder to treat the jaundice, of the Sishen Pill and Shenling Baizhu Powder to treat the diarrhea when I firstly worked in Department of TCM Internal Medicine , which were proved to be effective in clinical practice. After a practice of 60 years( 1 jiazi equals to a cycle of 60 years) , I adhered to my primary determination, proposing to give Chinese Medicine the priority and combine with Western Medicine to treat the cough and stroke, finally being a big fans of TCM. I returned to the classic approach integrating with the innovation in science and technology to have a review of TCM syndrome differentiation when I was in my 80s.
