- Abstract：The theory of time medicine related to traditional Chinese medicine is a discipline guided by traditional Chinese medicine theory,which studies the correspondence between human physiological pathology and natural time rhythms.This theory originated from the Inner Canon of Huangdi and was inherited and developed by ZHANG Zhongjing.It is mainly reflected in the content of the six meridian diseases in the Treatise on Cold Damage,such as the “Ready to Solve”,and elaborates on the time medicine theory.Through the exploration and research of relevant medical history literature,this study focuses on the understanding of the human body’s time rhythm,the occurrence and development rhythm of diseases,and the timing of disease treatment by Zhongjing and later medical practitioners.By integrating the development of modern and contemporary time medicine theory,this study aims to enrich the theory of time medicine in traditional Chinese medicine and guide clinical practice.
